Refund policy

Returns must be made to the store with in 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Food, Bath and Body products and seasonal items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Shipping cost for return will not be covered.

1. Order ID
2. Name of Product
3. Reason for Exchange
4. Any comments or feedback you’d like to include
